Larry LeBeau

Senior Project Manager

Larry grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. His undergraduate degrees are in Business and Psychology from Auburn University, while his graduate degree in Engineering is from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. His formal education combined with his experience as a construction manager and a project manager make him highly qualified as the Senior Project Manager at Adah International.

His strengths are in managing large projects and coordinating the work of people from all over the world, from different disciplines, and in focusing the efforts of several different decision makers.

Larry is currently directing a large expansion project for an international concern.

He enjoys working out and is a self-confessed family man.

He and his wife Allyson have three kids.  Anna Kate who is 5, and 1 year old twins, Luke and Lauren. Being a father, Larry says, has been the greatest experience in his life.

“Character” is of prime importance to Larry, and to Adah International, Inc.

Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved. (Helen Keller)

Ellen Atkinson

Administrative Assistant

Ellen, Administrative Assistant, is the axle around which the Adah International wheel spins. She keeps the office and the people who staff it running. She anticipates company needs and obtains solutions; she schedules; serves as the communications center; and is indispensable.

She says her life revolves around the office and her family and enjoys working with so many talented people. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, she attended private schools there, as well as Jefferson State Junior College and Samford University. Interestingly enough, she is a certified forklift driver and a nationally certified pharmacy technician.

Ellen’s past experience includes retail management and hospitals and laboratory environments. She is an avid reader in her time away from the office and is currently involved with vegetable gardening.

For every minute spent organizing, an hour is earned. (Benjamin Franklin)

Inés Packmohr

Marketing Manager

Inés is Adah International’s Marketing Manager, and she has lots of international experience. Born in Guatemala, she has lived in Central America, British Caribbean, Europe, and the U.S. Of her moves to different cultures, Inés says that those dramatic changes taught her that she was “….a lot more resilient than [she] knew.”

Inés has studied at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA, Jefferson State Community College in Birmingham, AL, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She implements the marketing communications, analyzes potential and new client marketing needs, monitors Adah’s current projects for immediate marketing needs, and directs the budgeting and record retentions of her department. “Every project is a new project and requires study and learning new things,” says Inés, “and I get to meet and work with some very interesting and intelligent people.”

Outside of work, what interests her? “Bees!” she says with a big smile. “I study bees. They are very industrious and they are fascinating.”

When questioned about her favorite quote (above), she responds, “To me, it means that I must be sure of what I am saying before I say it.

I will never say anything that couldn’t stand as the last thing I ever say. (Holocaust Survivor)
